It was a great place to explore Nottingham from. The customer service was excellent, with the company quickly resolving any issues we had during our stay. I would recommend this apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this beautiful apartment. The room was modern, clean, and nicely furnished, complete with silk filled pillows. The location was lovely, with a canal and duck pond nearby. The staff was responsive and provided excellent customer service.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The property had free WiFi and free parking, which was great. The seating area was cozy and comfortable. The towels offered were a nice touch, very fancy indeed.

Oh, and let's not forget the thrill of hoping the storage heater in the bedroom would actually turn on! Such excitement.

I especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pond and lake, where I could watch the ducks swimming. It was such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The customer service was also exceptional - Lucy from the company was extremely helpful when I had trouble with the heater, which turned out to be just a timer issue. I had a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
